Join us on April 15th through April 21st for our Spring into Giving Week!

It’s a special, one-week campaign that brings communities together to raise funds and hope for the homeless men, women, and children who need us most.

Like a garden ready to bloom in the spring, families experiencing homelessness have unlimited capacity to grow. They need strong roots and tender caretaking—emergency shelter and transitional housing, intensive case management, employment support, and educational programs. All of that is possible when you participate in our What’s Next: Spring into Giving Week.

It takes a lot to make a house a home, and when our families move on to their next step, we want to send them off with everything they need! This spring, we are collecting brand-new household items for families who are moving from the shelter into housing.

Consider the impact your cash donation can make:

Other Ways to Help:
Host a Donation Drive or Promotional Event:

Are you part of a neighborhood, civic group, or community of faith? Do you own a business? Does your employer care about giving back? There are many ways to get involved:

  • Organize an in-kind donation drive for brand-new items listed below.

  • Display Spring into Giving Week marketing materials at your business.

  • Donate a percentage of sales during the week; for one day; or a featured product or incentive.

  • Organize an informational happy hour or coffee event.

We Have Tools to Help You in Your Efforts!

  • Participate in the Daily Focus Calendar (we are asking for brand-new items only):

Here are the two most essential ways you can help:

1.CASH DONATIONS are the rich soil—the foundation—of our campaign. Every dollar donated sends an important message to our families—that they are valued, they are worthy, they are deserving. No gift is too small.

2.Shower a family with a GIFT CARD DONATION. Gift cards can support the many needs of our families living in emergency shelter. Consider donating from places like Shoprite, Aldi, CVS, Target, Walmart, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Forman Mills, etc.
