Stranded Travelers Program

We serve over 10,000 travelers seeking information and assistance in Philadelphia each year. There  include people with failed travel or relocation plans, those fleeing domestic abuse crisis, and victims of mental illness, unemployment, and homelessness.
Our objective is to connect these individuals and families with appropriate support services. Emergency services that we provide include:

• Crisis counseling
• Temporary shelter and food assistance for families
• Referral services for singles
• Assistance contacting family and friends
• Discounted hotel, bus, and train rates
